SEWER SCREAMS Survival priority ranking
A fan tier list of what to protect first in the public prototype — not a character roster, a chase order of operations.
SEWER SCREAMS has no published character gacha to rank. The Kumis Studios public prototype on Roblox ranks actions. This unofficial fan list is the order you should protect your run when the clown-like entity is in the pipe, when a red balloon string shares the camera, and when currency sparkles next to a bad idea. It is not official balance. It will move if the major run update changes the loop.
Pair it with run choices for the ten-level fork and with survive the entity for the chase itself. The tier list hub is the parent.
S tier — do these even when you are panicking
Do not touch red balloons. Hard hazard. Not loot. Not a puzzle. A panic camera swing into a string is an S-tier fail because it is fully on you. Ceiling check on every new pipe is the matching S-tier habit.
Hear water-drip near exits. Headphones recommended. If you drop audio to “win” a scream, you also drop the tell that leaves the layer. Volume down is fine; mute-everything is how you walk in circles. Graphics and audio is the setup page.
Camera before sprint. Default Roblox movement only — WASD or stick, jump, optional Left Shift sprint if it exists in your client. Controls will not invent a dodge key. Rotating first is the entire mechanical skill ceiling.
A tier — spend these on purpose
Revives. Real resource, unpublished exact count on this wiki. Spend to finish retrieve the lost or to reach the ASCEND / GO DEEPER menu. Do not spend to retry a coin pile. After a revive, do not re-enter the line the entity just won.
Retrieve the lost. That is the objective language of the loop. A-tier because it is why you are in the sewer, but it drops under balloons and under a chase you have not broken yet. If the lost sits behind a string cluster, leave and re-route.
The ten-level fork as a stop button. ASCEND is A-tier survival. GO DEEPER is A-tier only when the block you just played was clean. Details on ascend or go deeper.
B tier — useful, never urgent
Currency pickups. Collect on a quiet walk. Skip during a scream. Skip next to balloons. B-tier because the HUD likes them and because greed clips are how 51-million-visit games stay famous.
Co-op bodies in a 24-player server. A teammate can peel the hunter or block a junction. Neither is a plan. Solo and co-op is required before you put “follow the crowd” in A tier. Crowd is B at best.
Respect as motivation. B-tier during a chase. You cannot cash leaderboard mid-pipe. Respect is a between-run page.
C tier — optional knowledge
Community video routes. The walkthrough and how to play exist. Copy habits (pause at junctions) not tile sequences. C-tier because your server is not their recording.
Cat in a video. Atmosphere until a prompt says interact. Do not spend a revive on a pet screenshot.
Graphics max. Recommended, and it helps balloon strings read against dark walls, but a well-routed low-graphic run still beats a max-graphic balloon death. Setup belongs on the pre-run checklist, not during the hunt.
D tier — usually a trap
Sightseeing. Liminal sewers want you to stare. Staring is how the hunter learns your bend.
Chat “codes” and overlay strings. No promo codes listed as of September 2026. Where to find codes and how to redeem are empty-state pages. Opening a guessed menu mid-chase is D-tier play.
Executor habits. No dedicated scripts listed. Working scripts is the status page. Injecting during a scream is how you add account risk to a balloon death.
F tier — stop doing these
Touching balloons “to test hitbox.” You already know.
Going deeper on audio fatigue. Loud noises and flashing lights are the design. If drip is gone, ASCEND. F-tier ego.
Invented keybinds. If Getting Started and controls did not list it, you do not have it.
Splitting a party on the fork without talking. Two dead ends, zero Respect.
How to use the list in a live pipe
Say the top three out loud if you have to: balloons, drip, camera. Then retrieve. Then currency. Then Respect. That spoken order is the tier list. The players hub and guides hub are where you go when the order is stable and you want systems instead of panic.
This ranking will not pretend a clown-like hunter has a published DPS table. Survival priority is a player skill list for an early public prototype created March 16, 2026 and updated July 21, 2026. When Kumis Studios ships new tools, we will re-rank actions, not imaginary units.
Pocket recap for the next scream
S: no balloons, hear drip, camera first. A: revive with intent, retrieve, ascend if sloppy. B: currency, maybe teammates, Respect later. C: videos, cat, extra graphics. D: sightseeing, fake codes, injectors. F: testing balloons, deeper-while-deaf, fake binds, silent party splits. If you only remember S, you will already outlive most of a 24-player server.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is this an official SEWER SCREAMS tier list?
No. It is a fan ranking of survival actions for the public prototype. Kumis Studios did not publish it.
Why are balloons above the entity?
Balloons are a hard no-touch hazard you fully control. The hunter is pressure. Walking into a string is the more preventable death.
Where does Respect rank during a chase?
B at most. You cannot spend leaderboard in a pipe. Bank it at the fork; see run choices.
Should currency ever be S tier?
No. Quiet pickups only. If it sits beside a balloon or a scream, it is a trap.
Will this list change after the run update?
If the prototype adds new tools or hazards, yes. Track the run update and treat this page as July-prototype logic until then.
