SEWER SCREAMS Endings, extracts, and YouTube titles

Walkthroughs say “ending.” The listing says ASCEND. This page keeps those two sentences from becoming fan-fiction.

Endings and Extracts

YouTube titles for SEWER SCREAMS often promise a full game walkthrough + ending. That is useful footage. It is not proof of four secret finales. The official Roblox listing from Kumis Studios says every ten levels you choose to ASCEND or GO DEEPER. Ascend is how you leave a run. Deeper is how you chase Respect. This page is the endings brief for the public prototype.

If you want the decision itself, open ascend or go deeper. If you want corridor habits, open the walkthrough. This page only answers: what counts as an ending, and what we refuse to print as fact.

The documented extract

ASCEND at a ten-level mark is the extract this wiki can stand on. You have retrieved what you could, you have not touched red balloons, you have heard drip near exits, and you take the prompt to leave. That is a finished session. It is not a cutscene wiki with named credits.

GO DEEPER is not an ending. It is a refusal to end. Players who want a leaderboard line keep refusing. Players who are learning layouts should stop refusing. Run choices ranks those refusals.

A wipe is also an ending of a sort. Revives exist and are not infinite. A revive that fails to fire has shown up in public clips — prototype friction, not a secret “true death.” Note it on the July 2026 prototype page, then queue again.

What walkthrough videos actually show

  • Layers in blocks of ten, then a choice.
  • Depth into the twenties on at least one no-commentary tape (levels 1–26).
  • A clown-like hunter, wet brick, hanging bulbs, jumpscares.
  • Titles that say “ending” because the uploader extracted or the tape ran out — not because the studio published Ending A/B/C.

We already embed unique long tapes on Getting Started, how to play, walkthrough, survive the entity, and ascend or go deeper. This page does not steal those IDs. Watch those mid-article players if you need pictures. Read this page if you need the rule.

What we will not invent

  • A Pennywise boss fight with a named phase list.
  • A cat ending, even though a cat appears in one co-op clip.
  • A balloon ending. Balloons are a wipe, not a finale. Red balloons.
  • A “true ending” that requires a code. Codes lists none as of September 2026.
  • A map of extract rooms that never repeats. The prototype is liminal on purpose.

If the run update ships a story finale, this page will gain a dated section. The September 2026 check still finds the last Roblox publish on 21 July 2026. Until that date moves, ASCEND is the ending you can plan around.

How to “finish” a session on purpose

  1. Play the loop on how to play.
  2. Retrieve prompted pickups. Retrieve the lost.
  3. Survive the hunter without balloon greed.
  4. At ten, twenty, or whatever multiple you reached, pick ASCEND if you want the session to count as complete.
  5. Tick the run checklist after, not during.

Friends make extracts political. One player wants deeper Respect; one wants out. Agree before the prompt. Solo and co-op.

That is the whole endings page for an early public prototype. YouTube can keep saying ending. The listing still says choose.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Does SEWER SCREAMS have multiple endings?

Not documented. ASCEND is the extract. Watch ascend or go deeper instead of a fan chart.

Why do walkthroughs say ending?

Uploaders extract or stop the tape. Use the walkthrough for routing, not for a spoiler tree.

Is dying an ending?

It ends the attempt. Revives exist. Prototype friction is noted on July 2026 prototype.

Does going deeper unlock a true ending?

Unknown. Deeper is how people farm Respect. No proven cinematic.

Will a future update add endings?

Maybe. Track run update and the September 2026 check.
