SEWER SCREAMS Run choices, ranked
Fan rankings for the ten-level fork and the greedy little choices that wipe a public-prototype run.
A SEWER SCREAMS run is a stack of small choices that look harmless until a clown-like entity is in the last pipe. This fan ranking covers those choices for the Kumis Studios public prototype on Roblox: ASCEND versus GO DEEPER every ten levels, whether to pocket currency, whether to follow a 24-player crowd, whether to spend a revive, whether to keep playing through audio fatigue. It sits next to survival priority on the tier list hub. That page ranks actions in a chase. This page ranks plans between chases.
Read ascend or go deeper for the fork’s meaning and Respect for why deeper exists. This list will not invent a Respect formula or a guaranteed ending.
S-rank run choices
ASCEND after a balloon death. You already failed the only free test. Another ten levels repeats the fail. Bank the retrieve you did finish.
ASCEND on audio fatigue. Headphones and loud screams are the design. When drip near exits becomes mush, you are guessing. Guessing is not a strategy.
Skip currency beside a balloon string. How to play already said this. Ranking it S is how you remember it at the worst time.
Agree the fork in co-op before anyone clicks. Shared servers hold up to 24 players. Silent deeper clicks split the group. Solo and co-op is the social manual; this is the rank.
A-rank run choices
GO DEEPER when the last ten were boring. Boring means ceilings checked, lost retrieved, no balloon contact, revive still felt available. That is the Respect play.
Spend a revive to finish retrieve the lost. Objective over loot. After the revive, change line. Survive the entity explains why the old line is owned.
Play the first ten as a tutorial block. Getting Started and the walkthrough 1–10 section. Going deeper on a first session is A-rank only for people who already hear drip without thinking.
Leave a stranger’s dead-end. Following is optional. Your hitbox is not a social contract.
B-rank run choices
Pocket currency on a quiet walk toward the exit. Fine. Do it while moving. Do not turn it into a completionist sweep.
Third-person versus first-person. Roblox camera modes. Pick the one that shows balloon strings. Neither is a ranked “build.”
Taking a break at the fork even if you will go deeper. Stand up, reseat headphones, then click. B-rank because it looks like hesitation and actually saves 11–20.
C-rank run choices
Watching a long community video between blocks. Useful for stamina expectations — footage reaches the twenties — bad if you second-screen it during a chase. Park it on the walkthrough tab, then close it.
Investigating a cat clip. C-rank curiosity. A-rank if a prompt tells you to interact. Otherwise keep walking.
Max graphics mid-session. Better done before spawn via graphics and audio and the pre-run checklist. Mid-chase slider work is a C-rank idea with F-rank timing.
D-rank run choices
GO DEEPER to hunt codes. No promo codes listed as of September 2026. Codes hub and where to find codes stay empty until Kumis Studios posts a string.
GO DEEPER because a script overlay promised a skip. No dedicated scripts listed. How to use scripts is a safety page, not a toolkit.
Staying in a lookalike place. Confirm Kumis Studios and the official experience URL before you invest a deep run. Community links covers fake groups.
F-rank run choices
Clicking GO DEEPER for someone else. Their Respect is not your revive.
Testing balloon hitboxes “for science.” Science is complete. They are a no-touch hazard.
Inventing a keybind plan. Controls is default Roblox plus prompts. Your F-rank macro will not spawn a flashlight.
Ignoring flashing-light comfort until you are deep. The prototype warns you with the design itself. If that is a problem, ASCEND on ten and stop. F-rank is pretending it will get calmer on level 21.
Situation table in prose
First hour, one revive spent, balloons still surprising: ASCEND. Clean ten, headphones seated, party agreed: GO DEEPER. Mid-block currency next to a string: skip. Hunter on your line after a revive: new pipe, not the old one. Crowd running toward a dark bend you have not scanned: let them. Fork during a scream: wait until you can hear drip, then choose. That table is the ranked list without the letters, and it is the version you can use while the menu is open.
The guides hub teaches the verbs. This page ranks the verbs when they conflict. When the July 2026 prototype gives way to a newer run build, re-read both hubs. Until then, treat S-rank as “protect the night you already had” and treat F-rank as “donate the night to a balloon.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
What is the highest-rank choice at the ten-level fork?
ASCEND if you died to a balloon, lost drip audio, or the party disagrees. GO DEEPER only after a clean block. Full logic: ascend or go deeper.
Is skipping currency really S-rank?
Skipping currency *beside balloons* is S-rank. Quiet pickups on the way out are B-rank. See survival priority.
Should I always follow the co-op crowd?
No. Following an unscanned bend is not ranked high. Stay together only if the line is agreed. See solo and co-op.
Does going deeper always rank above ascend?
No. Deeper is the Respect play, not the default. Respect is a score, not a requirement.
Will these ranks change?
Yes if the run update adds new systems. Until then they describe the public July-era prototype.
