SEWER SCREAMS Major run update tracker

The July 2026 status text on SEWER SCREAMS said a major run update was in development. As of this wiki’s September 2026 check, the last listed Roblox publish for the place was still 21 July 2026. This tracker exists so you can see that gap in one place instead of assuming a thumbnail already shipped the patch.

This is not a leaked changelog. Kumis Studios has not posted a public feature list for the run update on a verified Discord or Trello — because this wiki found neither. Until the studio publishes notes on the SEWER SCREAMS experience or the Kumis Studios group, treat every “UPDATE IS OUT” video as unverified.

What “run update” most likely means

In a survival-escape prototype, a run update usually touches the loop you already play:

• How a session starts, ends, and awards Respect.
• The ten-level ascend or go deeper fork.
• Entity pressure, balloon hazards, and retrieve-the-lost objectives.
• HUD, revives, and whether a codes box appears.

None of those bullets are confirmed for the upcoming drop. They are the systems a run update would have to touch if the name is honest. Read the July 2026 prototype notes first so you know the baseline: 24-player servers, liminal pipes, clown-like chase, red balloons, drip-near-exit, Respect as a run score.

If the patch only polishes lighting, this tracker will say so. If it rewrites the fork, the run choices page and the Guides Hub will need a pass the same day.

How we will confirm the drop

A real ship has receipts:

1. The Roblox experience Updated date moves past 21 July 2026.
2. Kumis Studios posts on the group or the experience Community.
3. In-game HUD or loop actually changes in a session — not just a new thumbnail.

Until those three line up, do not uninstall graphics settings or throw out balloon rules. The run checklist still applies. Fake patch notes often bundle codes that do not redeem. Cross-check where to find codes and how to redeem if a video claims the update added gifts.

What players should do while they wait

Play the public prototype. Learn the drip, the balloons, and the fork. A run update will punish people who never learned the July pipes and reward people who already know when to ascend with a revive left.

Practical waiting list:

• Keep graphics and audio on headphones and high quality so you notice if a patch changes mix or lighting.
• Bookmark this page and the Updates Hub.
• Do not buy scripts that promise “run update ESP.” The Scripts Hub still lists no dedicated working scripts, and a new anti-cheat pass is exactly when executors break and accounts get banned.
• If you play with friends, agree that a surprise patch might reset Respect or revive rules. See solo and co-op.

Speculation we will not print as fact

We will not invent a release week, a new named entity, a Respect shop, or a story ending the July tapes never showed. Walkthrough titles that say “ending” are not a confirmed multi-ending plot. If the run update adds a true ending, it will be written here after it is in the client.

We will also not treat “major” as a full relaunch. The studio can ship a large run rewrite or a smaller loop pass. The word on the listing is the only official adjective.

When the drop is real, this page will gain a dated section: what changed, what stayed, and which wiki pages were revised. Until then, the honest status is in development, not listed as live. Play the July prototype, follow Kumis Studios, and ignore anyone selling the update early.
